油墨技术参考

粘度：6000-15000cps（因温度,颜色而异）

细度：5um↓

附着力：5b优

80-90℃时,30-40分钟完全固化

过网性能：200目-400目网纱（用金,银,珠光粉  调配之油墨除外）

稀释剂  ：s90中干水

涂覆面积：30-35㎡/㎏（测试以300目聚脂单丝感光胶,网版为标准）

固化剂  ：h1

油墨使用方法

应与ols系列固化剂  配合使用（油墨：固化剂  ≈90：10）。

使用前应与ols固化剂  按既定比例充分搅拌10分钟。

根据需要可添加10-30％稀释剂  进行稀释。

受到污染的素  材应在表面用去渍油清洗或擦拭,以利于印刷效果优异。

印刷错误时,应待其未完全干燥前用抹字水去除,重新再印。

印刷过程中遇到网版堵塞之状况,应先用洗版水清洗之后再印刷。

需要套色时,应在前颜色表干或硬干后再进行套色工作。

附着力,硬度,耐酸  性,耐油性,耐去渍油性,抗划伤性,耐磨性等性能的检测,需要墨层完全固化后方可检测。

未经允许,不得将ols系列油墨与其它类型油墨混用及配色。

注意事项

使用前添加适量稀释剂  充分搅匀。

不同型号的油墨请用专用稀释剂  。

试印确认符合要求后再批量生产。

做好被印物的表面清除油脂及杂质工作,以促进附着效果。

丝网或被印物表面带静电,将会造成印刷后油墨会有细孔。

环境湿度过高会影响印刷效果。

制品涂层实干后,方可叠层装运。

作业完毕后剩余油墨紧闭容器封口。

当印刷品质出现不良状况时,请向本公司技术部咨询,切勿自行处理。

使用时注意施工场所的通风状况良好。

尽量避免皮肤直接接触。

本品不慎溅入口,鼻,眼,耳内,应用大量水清洗或直接求助医  生。

对本品过敏者,使用前应涂覆一层皮肤护肤膏或戴不渗透性手套。
